What's for lunch today?
One of my co-workers (who shall remain name-less) has been quizzing me daily on what I have been eating. I guess that's a good way for me to be accountable to those that follow this blog. For the most part I have done pretty well. I try to keep my lunch calories to a minimum and then have a little more at dinner. I think with the increase in exercise it should work pretty well.
Today's lunch consisted of a bowl of Chicken Vegetable Soup and a Turkey and Cheese sandwich on a bulky roll. The turkey is a lean sandwich cut, 1 slice of American cheese and the roll. No butter, no mayo, nothing else. I'm not big on putting stuff in my sandwiches! The soup is healthy heart and lower on calories also. It was delicious.
